I know Navi is the obvious one here ("Hey, listen!") But what are some other ones in your opinion.

My vote is for Fiona from Mercenaries 2 ("If you're ever feeling a little lost, come back to the PMC and talk to me, I might be able to offer suggestions.") She never has suggestions. She also gives the SAME damn description every time you drive into a city even if you've been there a thousand times already.

There's also Roman from GTA IV ("Cousin...let's go bowling.")

Issun from Okami. Mother of god... I hated that thing so much.

All the guards in Skyrim, all the bosses in Tomb Raider Anniversary, all the beggars in AC1, all the gnomes in WOW, Mud in Gothic, and all the high level opponents in Chessmaster x
