Who do you guys think is the most evil character in New vegas. I gotta go for vulpes. When i walked through nipton at night and saw him walking down the stairs, and when he started talking to me, i got the impression that he is the best evil character i have ever seen.

Jeannie May Crawford. At least Vulpes has a reason to kill. They're awful and dirty sinners who need to be punished. Jeannie May sold off an innocent pregnant woman because she wasn't as perfect as she ought to be. :nono:

Yeah...of the characters I've met that have actual backstories or motivations given, I'd have to agree. That was a pretty vile thing for Jeannie to do...and for what...some caps and maybe to try to keep Boone's sniper protection in the town (Carla might've been trying to convince Boone to go back to NV). I can't even start to rationalize the pre-meditated selling of Carla & unborn as having any 'non-evil' excuse/merit whatsoever.

Any of the Omertas or goons are up there.

Myself I'd vote for this trio..
The double act Saint James and Dermot, and their client Cook Cook.
Cook may not have any dialogue, but his story is spread all over NV's areas and by far and away is evil.

I have only ever continued shooting a few corpses after death and Jeanie and James/dermot were those people. I even killed them slowly (except Jeanie )
But yeah I hated those guys, god I want to kill them again. Then again then again.

Well just have to settle for thier room being covered in gibblets and limbs.

How do you manage to keep your Karma Very Bad? Because you kill a Fiend, you gain Karma, you kill a ghoul, you gain Karma, you kill a Powder Ganger, you gain Karma.

Easiest ways...

1. Steal each item in every location individually, i.e if a fridge has three drinks in take one at a time exiting after each has been taken.
2. Just keep clicking enter / use on an owned hacked terminal.
You can just keep hitting E, exiting the terminal, than re enter it again, losing constant karma each go.
3. Cannibal, and constant fresh dishes.

The other way is to adopt a Sporeplant, once it starts singing feeeed me... you're in trouble.

First of all I side with the powder gangers and side with Eddie, and get vilified with the ncr right away. I'm also a cannibal, everytime you "eat" someone you lose karma. To be really evil, sell Gannon to Caesar as his doctor slave, don't kill the fiends, wipe out the BoS anytime not for a quest and kill Mr House. Those usually give you lots of bad karma. The cannibal is a sure bet though, helps keep you evil and it's "free" food.

I usually chop off the arms and legs and head of the Omertas and fling them off balconies. I dislike them, because of their crudeness and absolute disrespect for everyone except themselves

What do you chop them off with? Because I chopped off the limbs and head of all Chairmen with a Super Sledge and it lost CND very quickly, so I advise you use a weapon that is of no use to you, like a cleaver or a knife.

Cook Cook is ridiculously interesting and I wish we could have actual dialogue and more of a back story with him

I have gone through the sound files for the game and came across several sound files of Cook Cook. It's the voice of the mysterious stranger and he talks a lot about Queenie, they are so funny! Too bad they didn't keep them in the game.

None of them are as evil as that black show-host in Dead Rising 2.
He is pure evil.

the Legate Lanius: he kills his own troops and if you look at the credits if the legion take the dam (and Caesar is dead) then he just becomes supremely evil.

I don't care if he's trying to 'remove the impure and sinners' or even 'improve the wasteland': what he is doing is just wrong

Normally, the courier. Exempting those who abstain from violence and those who purely kill evil characters the courier is normally one hell of a jerkoff. Stealing everything of value that isn't nailed down (and if it is, reading a magazine or two to learn how to take those nails out...) murdering people, often just for being in the way. Doing ANYTHING for caps...the courier can be an absolute demon, not to mention those who purposefully create evil characters (not saying it's bad, I do it too, the courier's just a dike sometimes)

Other than that...probably Cook Cook...

Caesar's Legion, the whole bunch. Not counting raiders of all types and other "Chaotic Evil" factions, everyone else's evils are more or less justified.

The most good formerly evil characters are the Remnants, though.

He really is gorgeous! I ALWAYS take his mask off. I read in the wiki it's either an oversight by Obsidian they didn't scar his face like it should be or they figured no one would take the mask off which is really a stupid thought, don't they know there are chics that play too? lol I think it's an oversight but who cares cause the mask always come off. Same with Lucius, he's luscious! When I kill him, I never hurt his face cause I like to look at him. Of course with the mods I use, I do more than look. :hubbahubba:
