During the vampire questline, when I feed on the moth priest, I turn away from him in third person and get stuck. Can't move at all, but I can interact with things. If I crouch while I feed, then I am forced to re-load. I could get though it by standing while feeding, then talking to the moth priest, which enabled me to move again.
