Mounted Combat but without Dawnguard?

Post » Wed Jul 25, 2012 6:05 pm

Hi

I thought mounted combat was being introduced in the Dawnguard expansion? And yet I've found I have mounted combat in Skyrim. It's what it says in Game Informer - I have the ability to use my weapons (but not magic) whilst being mounted. I am playing on xbox btw. How could I have mounted combat without buying Dawnguard? There wasn't even a patch thing or update that downloaded as far as I know, cos the game usually does that on startup. I'm not complaining though lol

yes I am playing on 360. But if it came in a patch, why did they announce it as being released with Dawnguard?

Just because it was in the trailer doesn't mean it was announced as part of Dawnguard.

In that case, GI lied to you. You should stop digging for info now... you might find things you shouldn't...

Ive had mouted combat since before June 26th. About a week before infact. I'm either a hacker, or it came in patch 1.6.

Wish ppl would stop acting like a bunch of arrogant ********s. I asked a question, got it answered. End of story. Stop acting like you know everything. BTW Game Informer is liable to make mistakes same as anyone, at least the team at Game Informer make the best, most informative, most unbiased gaming mag there is.

There there. don't get upset now.

I also noticed this and also thought it was gonna be a new feature of dawnguard so I consider it a freebie.

freebies are always welcome.

Well, that escalated quickly, and for no reason.

Reminds me of the time I saw a homeless man get into an intense fist fight with nothingness.
