Can anyone help out here, I've completed the first 3 contacts and collected the rewards. After talking to everyone, with no new quest, went and did a couple of non DB quests. Returned and still nothing, so I looked it up. Apparently Cicero should be having a conversation with Astrid, when I enter.

I tried to set 'queststage' db03 5 (talk to Astrid), then 'resetquest' db03. While she does have a conversation about the Night Mother being there. no new quest. Where should she be talking to Cicero outside or inside, should his wagon be outside, too? Yes, I did help him get the wheel fixed long ago, before I ever started the DB questline.

Anyway to start this scene with Cicero and Astrid with a command?
