As a lefty, I have found two issues.

The first one is: If you choose the "Switch primary and secondary buttons" option in Control Panel / Mouse / Buttons, RAGE does not respect this change. That is fine for binding the keys in the game, as it just labels them backwards, but for navigating the menus, since you can't change the binding there, I have to right-click on everything, which is pretty annoying.

So at minimum, please make the game menus respect the button configuration set by Windows... and it would be really cool if the whole game just respected that so "Button 1" becomes the one designated by Windows.

FYI: My mouse is a Razer DeathAdder Left-hand Edition... but I believe this issue would manifest regardless since it's a Windows setting that RAGE is ignoring.

The second issue is: I cannot map the ENTER key on my keyboard. I believe this is the first game that I have ever not been able to map something to the ENTER key. Since I rest my hand on the arrow keys, that is one of the handiest buttons, so it's really not good that it doesn't do anything during gameplay.

FYI : My keyboard is a Logitech G15 (the older model with blue lighting).
