I am getting a laggy sloppy mouse cursor in game.

My fps is about 45.....I know it is not graphics lag causing it.

It feels like there is a delay in the mouse movement.

Yeah - and this delay is called "mouse smoothing+mouse acceleration" and is enabled by default )
