Hello

After some time of playing the NPCs tend to talk without moving their mouth. When I engage in dialog the NPC start moving his/her mouth as he/she speaks. lol But! As soon as I quit the dialog it continues its speech normally without moving its mouth, The mouth becomes stuck at the position at which I ended the dialog.
It happends randomly and not with the same NPC all the time.

Mods installed:

I have a save where it can be reproduced, probably not with the first attempt, but still. I tried loading this save without any mods (and with mods disabled one by one) and at least on the 3rd or 4th savegame reload the NPCs would speak to me with their mouths shut...
What could cause this annoyance?
