Movable Static - FX DA 14 Portal Door

I've placed the object (FXDA14PortalDoor) in my cell and cannot see it in game. Can someone please help me to use this object?

End Result: A spell that summons this movable static as a door to player house

For clarification, FXDA14PortalDoor is the door used in the Sanguine Rose Quest
