Hello, a bit of a spoiler here if you have never completed the Thieves Guild questline. During the Thieves Guild quests there is a point where you get to keep the deed to Goldenglow Estates. My question is does this mean that you actually own it?

Has anyone tried moving into it? Are the containers safe once you have the deed, etc? Thanks.

Goldenglow doesn't respawn, so it's safe to move into. However, you don't actually own it: your spouse won't be able to move in with you, for example.
