So I downloaded Mudbox but it says I need a NVIDIA Graphics Card. Is there a way to do it without one? Or a program that it just like it?

you dont necessarily need an nvidia card. you just need a card with openGL, which is pretty much any modern graphics card

Which version of Mudbox do you have? A quick look at Autodesk's website revealed that the 2013 edition requires an nVidia Quadro series card or AMD FirePro series card, while the 2012 edition can be run with "regular consumer" cards (nVidia GeForce and AMD Radeon HD).

Blender has a Sculpt Mode and it is free, so I suggest giving it a try.

That's odd, I can run 2013 on my Radeon HD 7550; but that could explain some graphical hiccups.
