Has anybody else experienced this or is it a part of the game? some of the music sounds warped and strange also some sound FX like Birds have the exact same problem, hopefully somebody else has experienced this to.

No, I've experienced a little bit of that too.

I'm only bumping this because I can't find anyone else with this problem. It basically sounds like some of the music is being played out of tiny speakers at a high volume (distorted, crackly). It doesn't seem to effect all sound effects/music either.
