Nothing to do. Not your fault (your fault you bought a EA game just came out and I can play) ... as well as all of us must wait until those who have already taken the money now to put some serious work.

thats why I copied the disc exe to the file on the hardrvie

Are you running Crysis 2 from crysis2launcher.exe? Game can update only when you run from this executable.
