Multiple character syndrome

I've got it. There is so much I want to do in Skyrim and with being on PS3 there isn't much I can do to change how things roll. From the day I got Skyrim last year I've wanted to play a 2-handed warrior, a duel wielding warrior and even a sword & shield warrior. Then from there move on to some sort of mage, assassin, thief, archer, etc.

Then there is that one website, skyrim blog?, where people put up some really cool builds. Around level 20ish or even the teens I get bored and want to try something new, do the same thing and want something new, then maybe I'll go back to the first character. Essentially doing the same quests over and over just because it feels weird, even in a role-playing point of view, to avoid certain quests.

Might not be much to say about this but, any ideas how I should continue going about playing skyrim with so many character ideas eagerly wanting to make it to the game? I been telling myself that the dawngaurd DLC will help me stay faithful by making two characters join separate factions but I doubt that'll keep me from making 20+ level 10 characters.
