Multiple guilds and raid id questions :D

The following is information I remember reading somewhere (maybe one of the recent interviews) and wanted to ask your guys opinions on all of it. If any of it is incorrect then i apologize forthright for wasting you the reader's time.

1st: As I understand it we can be in 5 separate guilds per account.

As a guild leader this bothers me on some levels. To me building, supporting, and nurturing a guild with a promoted sense of competition was what kept me coming back to WoW for as long as I did. It's arguably the only sandboxxy area of that game. I am not saying it won't be there in ESO but at the same time this is a completely different animal.

Identifying yourself as a member of a guild was part of the appeal to the one guild system. It also served as a commitment of your pledge to the guild and on a more silent level, commitment of your raid ID to the guilds scheduled raid events. In the one guild system depending on how hardcoe the guild was it was pretty commonplace to boot members for using their ID's for other guild's raid progress. Or give them warnings and explain that they were needed for that weeks raid and it hurt the guild them going and raiding with others.

Which brings me to the topic...

2nd: Are their raid ID's in eso?

I could have sworn the word Campaign ID was thrown out at some point but I think that was related to cryrodil. Will we have an instance ID associated with individual characters for adventure zone and dungeon content?

With a system allowing multiple guild memberships I'd almost prefer no weekly lock ID, for adventure zones at least. An ID that maybe resets daily and has the option to be extended to the next day. If that were the system then people could raid whenever they liked and not worry about saving ID's for specific times and such. Pickup groups would be way more fun as well.

My last two questions/topics are as follows

Do you plan on joining multiple guilds? If so why?

and

Do you plan on enforcing or creating rules regarding their play or interaction with other guilds? For example reserving raid ID's for your guild alone or telling them they are prohibited from joining other guilds or factions?

To answer my last two questions from my point of view.

I wanna join multiple guilds. The only real raid guild i want to be apart of is mine and maybe one other at most depending on the ID situation. But pvp or rp guild or social guilds sound like fun as well. If there's a guild bank system I'll probably be making a guild bank guild I share with my friends.

And my guild won't prohibit it's members from membership in other guilds and or factions. If the raid ID system is loose enough we won't have any restrictions regarding that but if they aren't then we will just make sure every member is informed of when our nights are and ask players on an individual basis if they will reserve their lockouts or confirm via calendar. Maybe make it a condition to raider rank... idk
