Multiple issues on PS4

First off, I'm playing the Special Edition version on the PS4.

My first problem is my arrows not hitting their targets. First time this happened I was shooting a bandit at near point blank range, I had to switch to melee weapons after 6 shots went right through him. This has happened even when I get the crit shot, it is fun watching the slow mo arrow slide right through your target multiple times, it is even more fun when you get to watch your companion die because the arrow goes through your targets torso and into your crouching companions head. This has happened with multiple bows, including the bound bow spell.

My second issue is items that I'm given or that I loot are appearing as stolen. I looted the armor from the Cultists that come to kill you to start the Dragonborn story line, and a while later, I'm moving it around and notice that it is stolen. If it was stolen from the bodies, why did the guards (that where all around me) not try to arrest me when I looted them? I have also had my assassin armor show up as stolen, I put the assassin armor on as soon as I got it, and wore nothing else, I lost it when I paid a fine for something and the guards took it, I restarted a previous save thinking some glitch happened and that is when I realized that it was labeled as stolen.

I have used mods but they have all been disabled. I have tried semi drastic measure of deleting all of my game saves and restarting from scratch but both issues still persist. My next step is to delete and reinstall the game to see if that works, if it doesn't fix the issues then I see no reason to continue playing something that is broken, no matter how much I enjoy that game.

Sorry to hear that, I personally play Skyrim both on PC with a lot of mods, PS4 with no mods, and I can't say I have ran into your issues.

If you used mods on the character your running into these issues with, it wouldn't hurt to list the mods you used. Just because you disabled the mods, doesn't mean they didn't leave any lasting effects. Or caused any problems when you disabled them.

These issues happened with a completely new character. I deleted all previous saves before starting this character.
