Like the title of my post say, I want to know if we'll can mutilate the enemies corpses, like in Fallout.

A part from the Spring Razor I don't think you can mutilate corpses. You can injure limbs. When you hit someone in the foot he will fall to the ground. Hitting limbs does the least amount of damage but incapacitates the target. I am not sure you can slice limbs off so we'll have to see when the game comes out. You can pick up mutilated body parts as well.

Why do you constantly focus on the most meaningless parts of the game?

Well you can move mutilated limbs and other small things but I doubt the game will have a lot of things for you to carry. A whale oil battery so you can rewire a Wall of Light and that's pretty much it as far as I know. It's not that essential in terms of gameplay.
