About 8 hours. That's okay with me. I think a 8-10 hour campaign is perfectly acceptable in modern games, because the multiplayer is the real draw. There's a statistic out there that Activision even recognizes, something like only 30% of CoD players even finish the campaign and another 30% never even start the campaign in the first place.

The campaign isn't the point in a CoD game. It's a bonus. The game is all about multiplayer, the campaign is the 'add-on' mode. It's a 180 from how it used to be, but maybe it started with Goldeneye 007. I mean how long did it take you to beat that? Each level was 5-10 minutes once you got good.

In comparison I've spent well over 100 hours in MW3 multiplayer.

Maybe one or two days it takes me to get through the main storyline. I like to take my time playing through it otherwise it would take me a couple of hours to get through it.

That's why I wish there were more achievements to earn through multiplayer. I don't want to go collect all the random files or beat levels on veteran. I want recognition for what I do in the heart of the game.

Oh yeah. Love survival with my little brother. I try to make him do all the work but at a certain point it's impossible to survive that way...So I just try to get him killed :P

Just going through it on easy or normal... 4 hours maybe.

Veteran would be like 6-8 hours.

Campaign: 8-10 hours on veteran.

The practice range: two weeks to get all three stars.

Don't play multiplayer much. Battelfield3 is so much better.

The multiplayer is quite a bit of fun but the campaign is horrible. The feedback you receive for accomplishing anything from advancing the plot to just killing an enemy seems so shallow and nebulous I just find it very hard to continue playing.

The singleplayer was alright. I beat it in a few days, where I would play a few hours at a time. The lack of aftermath made the MW trilogy feel rather lacking when it came to information and all that. At least I would like a proper conclusion, rather than the sudden ending.

The multiplayer is way better, and you can play it for a long time before getting tired of it.

Yeah. I enjoy it for what it is, but honestly I'd rather see them release a game that's 100% a multiplayer shooter, nothing else. Just wonder if people would accept that.

Never got into it. It has a totally different pace from MW3, it's like run fast, die fast, repeat. Can't really get into it.
