this gentleman is generally slow to anger, but once past a certain point theres no calming him down and he acts on impulse, not thinking of the repercussions of his actions(including murder, stealing, looting, etc), even though hes normally quite nice. he takes chems occasionally if a tough fight is imminent. he wants to eventually run vegas by himself, using the profits to send out expeditions to find viable locations to build similar cities. he is very monetarily driven, and will hoard every unique weapon, while selling most of the regular ones he finds(since hes so unlucky at the tables). he thinks that between him and yes man and the rest of the securitrons, along with the support of a larger part of the mojave(caps do talk after all, and he will be in control of vegas) he will be able to accomplish this.
