- Far more diseases and an addiction system.
- Throwing spears
- An Arena
- Fishing as in with a rod (although it MAY be in Hearthfire)
- An end to the ridiculous amounts of NPC deaths from random dragon and vampire attacks (just make them run away like any sane person would)
- Tavern Games as in arm wrestling, chess, dice and the one where you stab the knife between your fingers
- Tournament Games such as archery competitions, fist fighting tournaments and jousting competitions
- The ability to divorce and remarry
- Proper prison sentences, as in at least 30 days for murder (7 days is ridiculous), 10 days for assault, 7 days for pickpocketing and up to 20 days for theft (depending on value of item).

The one that really gets me is the peddler that always spawns near a group of bandits. Try as I might I can never save that guy cause he runs right into the thick of it so fast and never retreats. He seems to have a death wish. I always get a bunch of free stuff off his corpse, but just once I'd like to be able to trade with him.

Respawnable one's don't bother me that much, but one's in cities and towns really piss me off. It's just relentless, every time you take a carriage to a small city you just know an Ancient Dragon is going to spawn and attack, then you get the moronic NPC's attempting to fight it in no armor and with their bare fists. I've heard Dawnguard just makes the whole game world empty after a certain amount of time, which is really causing my to hesitate before purchasing it.

Maybe in a hardcoe mode that would be quite cool.

Ah, but I wanted a Giant Emporer crab before the Gamejam...

More diverse armour range, most sets are pretty bland. Less revealing armour too (for both genders), the weather's awful and it's freezing, yet by character's almost always walking around with his arms showing.

There is a shot from a flail in the Jam... precisely at 4:05 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DGIgXeGC6Dg

I'd like to see a hardcoe mode implemented with fully hungry/thirsty/sleep/hypothermia requirements and compatible with Wwolf/Vamp ... also more diseases and addictions as well - prison sentences as mentioned before.

It would merely pale in comparison to brothels in the Witcher 2.

A hardcoe mode which incorporates sleeping/eating/drinking ect.
An Arena, but something much better than the one from Oblivion *shudder*.
A vast new land mass that is completely alien, like the Shivering Isles.
Story and Character depth.
Something to do with the Psijic Order.
An expansion on the current guilds.
Capes.
New unique monsters, NOT ONES PULLED RIGHT FROM EARTH.
Harder and more complicated puzzles that require you to actually think.

Sure the peddler is respawnable, but he always spawns with the bandits so he is basically a walking corpse.

But I know what you mean. In one of my games the female blacksmith in Whiterun disappeared on me. Not sure if someone killed her or if it was a glitch. No dragons had spawned inside the City so I don't know who could have killed her and I have yet to find her body (and I have looked plenty). But she is gone and it is annoying not to be able to sell stuff to her. She is such a convenient merchant, since you don't have to go inside to deal with her and she is right in the beginning of town.

Oh the ability to craft our own fur armor. Why even leave it out ? I always need to craft my own stuff and I wanted to craft myself a set of fur armor for hunting.

Plus an immersive HUD. I too would love to see a hardcoe mode but it should include some more options to customize the HUD.

Well I lost every merchant in Dawnstar, which was a HUGE pain when questing there as I don't fast travel, so I had to traverse all the way back to Whiterun every now and then to sell my gear.

Something that should have been in the original game -- Sunlight deadly to vampires.

New areas in Morrowind, Cyrodiil and Hammerfell visitable through the road passes already in the game.

High Rock Expansion.
You know I truly believe this is going to happen,
Spoiler
they put castle Volkihar very close to the border
... why not give a bit more of that area... not the entire province just the closest cities, they are filled with nords anyway.
