Feel free to post any problems that you have that need solving or tweaking. I have one myself:

1. I've fast traveled to many towns and usually there's a person who's dead but he's in planking position, usually clipping the body.
This isn't really affecting the game, but I find it very funny.
2. (Main Quest Spoiler Alert) I try to convince Jarl to join the peace table, but in the process, I did the rite of initiation for the Stormcloak Rebellion, however
I can't turn in the quest to either Jarl or Usha (Forgot his name).
3. Frame rate slows to 2 fps or lower when I travel in the forest at night.

Reloading from a last save does not help at all anymore. It is only a few days into the release, so hopefully there's a patch soon.

On my SDTV, the compass and text is cut off. The game is zoomed in.

After completing 'The Foreworn Conspiracy' and 'No One Escape From Cidhna Mines' whenever I enter Markarth the guys try to arrest me, I submit to them and they repeat the question. I can only choose to fight them, and have the whole town attacking me. I can now do nothing in Markarth.

This is the only one I have found so far.

Didn't absorb a dragon's soul, and couldn't sprint in First person but could sprint in third.

My audio cuts out sometimes. It didn't happen before until after I finished the main quest, the same thing happened to me in Oblivion too

I have been having NO luck with the Dpad in the controller Can't get into items map skill can't buy/sell will not scroll up or down....I know the controller is fine I can sroll in converation ....I have tried to reset / reassign contrloller works for a sec ....but the game is pretty much unplayable

glitch i cant activate the flame of harbinger to cure myself from werewolf. i have completed all missions and have witches heads but nothing.

I second this... worse 'bug' ever

Firstly, I love this game and have been waiting for it a long time! even with a few bugs here and there I still love it!

Two bugs so far - reached Level 14:

In the companions guild building a guy called Farkus will not stop talking to me and keeps running after me to talk. I can avoid the Companions guild on an old save but if I go back then he is there waiting to mess me about. Really annoyed at this one, because I want to do the companions quests to become a werewolf and run around biting people once a day? (what about full moon... being bitten by one etc) I hate Furkas...

My companion Lydia died (but did she?) she just vanished while we where fighting a dragon in the mountains, I guess she might turn up at my wedding or something? Oh, and an Orc turned up when she vanished and just tried killing me, until I ran away. I tried killing him but he must be important later on. Anyway, never mind the Orc, the important thing here is that she was not bad with an ancient nord great sword, and helped with the cleaning at my house in Whiterun. I miss her...

A courier turned up once when I was working at the sawmill and he had no clothes on (it was snowing!). I cut myself on the saw... and loaded an old save then he visited me in Whiterun (with clothes this time!), more of a lol! than a bug.

I guess Bethesda will wait for a reasonable sized bug list and then act on it (fine there a lot of bugs to deal with on such a large game). Could we have an idea of when these bug fix/patches will occur please?

After a random attack on whiterun by a dragon a bunch of townspeople are chasing around the little girl Braith trying to kill her. She can't die so this never stops. It's kind of annoying. Poor kid.

I think it's because that Bethesda doesn't realize that there are some people who play on SDTVs so they didn't bother to reconfigure any aspect ratio for 4:3.
