Some of the counters seem to be stuck. The energy upgrade has a condition of regenerating 5,000 energy and my counter stopped at 444/5,000. Another upgrade has a condition to tag 25 enemies and my counter is stuck at 12/25. Is that how it's supposed to work?

It really isn't the way it's supposed to work. I would advise you to simply create a new profile. I have never encountered this bug, and I've played for over 200 hours, so it probably isn't common.

Thanks for the confirmation. I'm halfway through the campaign and it's not worth starting over.

Подскажите! Я ожидал пятой перезагрузки костюма. Принял соглашение Mycrisis и ничего не произошло. Я остался на 50-ом уровне. Очки не начисляются, так как достигнут максимальный ранг. Получил значок Mycrisis и все. Может я что не так делаю?

Never mind. The ones that were "stuck" weren't active. I thought all of the unlocked upgrades worked at the same time, but it's only the row at the bottom.
