part of me says, If they do have these substances I doubt they'd be narcotics. they'd be alchohol or food.

but then the other part of me says why not? i mean food already gives you buffs and debuffs. so why not getting high? it's not endorsing drug use since it's all fantasy materials. heck i legit didnt even know one of these substances was a narcotic. i am against the abilty to produce it through a proffession, but i wouldnt be mad if my tike should he be old enough to play an online game someday to get high or be exposed to skooma addicts in an online video game.
