I've decided to start a new character (again), this time an Argonian who's starting out with the Dark Brotherhood. I get to Ivarstead to take care of Narfi, only to find him in Vilemyr Inn, and he is standing perfectly still, and is essential. As are all the other NPCs in the inn. I've been playing Skyrim since 11-11-11, and have yet to have this problem before. I've reloaded save after save, and nothing gives. I'm playing on PC with quite a few mods, but none that should be causing this issue. Anyone ever had this problem or know what I might have done wrong? Thanks.
