Guys i have a problem. when I want to give armor to my housecarl then he did not dress but puts it in his inventory.Can you Help me???

Unless they are following you, they will not wear the best armor they have. Which may not be what you gave them. Note, they use the armor they are trained in, so giving Heavy Armor to a Light Armor NPC, they probably won't wear it.

Also even if they are following you they will put on whatever their AI tells them provides the best/most protection. In my experience they ignore the Light/Heavy armor preference sometimes, especially when it comes to helmets.

They frequently do the same frustrating kind of thing with weapons, I've seen them equip some lesser weapon I gave them just to carry, because it's base damage is better than whatever I gave them to actually use - even though the weapon I made especially for them is smithed to Legendary and does Fire Damage or some such because I enchanted it.
