Who wins the title of most annoying NPC?

Nazeem. Hands down. That dude just does not shut the [censored] up! He's sounds like a [censored] too. Unlike the Adoring Fan who just sounded annoying.

Definitely Nazeem. I hate his attitude. The way he talks to Ysolda is so demeaning and so is the way he talks to the Thane of Whiterun!

Nazeem is the biggest dirtbag in all of Tamriel. Heimskr isn't all that bad, actually.

The preacher

Heimskr is a hero. Even the Imperials love that guy for saying what they can't.

Yeah. Heimskr would come as a close second to Nazeem.

Most annoying for me in Skyrim, the Vigilant in Markarth. Not constantly repetitive, but I hate the guy nevertheless. "Know anything about this here haunted house with the bad vibes? You know the one I hang about outside of all day every day, waiting for you and only you to come along again so I can say how nobody knows about it. The one I always loiter outside, but will never enter unless you come in with me and hold my hand."
