If you don't complete all of Nazir's contracts before the end of the Dark Brotherhood questline, can you still do them afterward? or do you lose the opportunity?

You can do Nazir's contracts any time you choose. I usually save most of his contracts and do them slowly so I can draw them out after the DB questline. Hope that helps.
