Ya know, I was playing some Skyrim and just had an extensive conversation with Nazir. It occurred to me then that this is the same voice actor who played Three Dog in FO3. Maybe I am a little late with my discovery, but I swear if you listen to his voice you will discover just like I did that it is the same actor. The intonation and voice mannerisms are unmistakeable. It is certainly the same guy who played the voice of three dog...

I like that Mercer is voiced by the same guy who voiced Garrett from the Thief series.
