So i am accepted by ncr, i have very good karma (don't remember the exact wording) but rangers keep attacking me when they see me. other ncr troops don't seem to mind me. Also, i attacked some legion on a quest with boone, and i had to kill 4 or 5 before they turned red and started attacking me, even though i am vilonized or hated or whatever by them

does anyone know why this is happening? I have seen the same problem posted on some other forums on the gamestop site and some others, but no one has any idea why it is happening. Is this a glitch that i cannot fix? I would like to be able to complete the side quests that involve going to the different ranger stations and different ncr bases.

have had same issue for months, hoped it would be fixed in patch in december, but wasnt
along with several other bugs ive encountered, picked game up last night and its still totally broken

your relationship factions as it appears in your stats seems to be complete gibberish
im neutral with ncr, but attack on sight also
im hated by legion, but they leave me alone
im a soft hearted devil with poweder gangers, but again they attack on sight?

its totally meaningless, ill post up all of the other bugs i am still encountering elsewhere
no f**king way im spending my money on DLC until these are sorted

powder gangers outside the prison attack if you get too close of their camp, even with the best reputation, it's not a bug, it's just how they behave. Eddie, the leader of the NCRCF warns the player about it.

but, i have to agree about the other reputation, most of times they do nothing or the wrong thing.
