I have the quest to goto the great khans and negotiate or kill them.

the minute I walk into the longhouse with papa khan, some stupid NCR ranger appears...I tried killing him but he either respawns or a second one comes in and a third....I do have the NCR radio support thing..and I tried using it awhile back.

what is glitching?

that is not a common bug. are using any mods? well if you can get rid of the radio, do so and see if it makes any difference.

You probably called in the guy on the radio a while back and he just showed up now.

Are you on PC? If so, a simple console command will get rid of him without any lost NCR reputation.

You might try fast traveling away somewhere else first to get the ranger to show up so you can dismiss him.

I do have mods. I used disable on him...made him quit respawning.
