Okay so I'm confused. I'm a Vampire and I just got the Necromage perk to get better enchantment status, for example I have a ring that has 23% less cost for illusion and technically that should increase right? What am I doing wrong? It's not increasing.

It won't show on the ring. It's under Active Effects.

Yeah even under active effects it's not showing; still 23%. It's like its not even working.

Have you tried seeing if it is some sort of bug on the UESP or the Wiki?

No bugs are listed.

Have you tried unequipping the ring and equipping it back on?

That did it! Thanks, odd howver because I tried it before and it didn't work it took me multiple time of reequiping... But still thanks.
