Is Necromage a good perk to take if one is not a vampire? I've got a build that spread pretty thin as it is. I've got multiple perks in all the magic schools, 3 in Sneak, 5 in two-handed, 2 in block. I'm at level 45, nearly 46 with two perk points to spend with a 3rd on the way...

I just can't decide where to put them right now, while I know where I want perks when the concerned skill reaches it's level. I may become a vampire later, so if I were to take the perk now, would all of the good synergies still take effect later?
