Need advice on where to find enchanting enchantment.. : V

I have been wondering skyrim for hours trying to find it and none to be found, does anyone know a general spot to find it or where you found yours
PLEASE HELP :'(
(Ive checked all smiths multiple times and no luck)

You mean a Fortify Enchanting piece of apparel?
...There isn't one.

Fortify Enchanting is only available in potions.
