I need an answer FAST considering vampire disease

Post » Fri Jun 15, 2012 9:07 am

JUST fought vampires and I′m afraid I might′ve gotten infected. Does the Vampiriis disease show in active effects if I′m infested? Thank you in advance :)

If you're unsure then just got and pray at a shrine as quickly as possible. it'll cure you of the disease if you're fast enough.

Or fill a black soul gem and find Falion in Morthal.

It will show under 'active effects' as a loss of fatigue because of Sanguine Hemophoricphillia or some kind of french.

Woah^^ This Forum is as fast as a chat. I′ll take it as an active effect and it′s currently showing nothing, so unaffected I guess (Just to be sure I′ll save in different slot and run to the shrine after this dungeon. )

If 'fire resistance' is listed as -25%, you can drink a cure disease potion and it will cure it. Do it within a day of the encounter..

Edit: Emphasis on the negative..

Yes.No need to panic though. You've got three days to find a Cure Disease potion or a shrine (any divine will do).

Don't worry, you have three days to cure yourself. And even if you don't make it in time, you can still do a quest to get rid of vampirism.

But by the looks of it, you didn't contract the disease anyway.

I think I survived and thank you ALL again :) I wish I could type fast enough to thank all of you invidually :) ...Phwew...

...Hmm...Does cure disease potion cure vampirism if I get it later, which I this time didn′t most likely get? If so, what level of vampirism?

Ehh it's okay, the Most of the powers don't scale very good when you level up.

Meh. Waiting for sleeping victims isn't a favourite past time of mine. But to each ones own, of course..

No. There are three days between contracting the disease and becoming a vampire, that's when Cure Disease potions will work (or any altar/shrine, it's cheaper). But after that it's too late and you can only get help from a certain NPC.
