My account name has changed to this collection of numbers and letters for some reason. I can't change it back via the same method that the console players can. Until this is fixed I can't log in to the game to play multiplayer. Can this be fixed?

A note: I don't seem to be able to send or receive messages via PM with my account like this.

Why cant you just create a new gamesas account?

I want to be able to use the name that the account originally had, and also the email address it's associated with is my main email. If I delete the account, as I understand it, I won't be able to reuse the email or the username.
