You could just find a white colored rag headpiece. Or a hood.
Search around, Solitude has a shop where a woman sells a crapload of aesthetic clothing.

Im not going to put a rag on it. Besides that woman was murdered.

Can you post a picture of it? I head the mesh is the same of Elven armor retextured to have a stainless steel/silver finish.

If that's the case, you could try using a horned steel helmet but it's heavy armor.

Another heavy helm which should look good and which, incidentally, is orphaned of a proper armor is the rare 'corynthian' style imperial officer helmet.

They really should've added one, I agree.

Not steel. Looks more like fine china in color to me.

I just used a circlet of archery on my girl. It's too pretty to defile with an ugly helm!

The set doesn't come with a helmet? Does that mean all the 'complete set' perks are worthless if you try to wear it?

Try the Thieves Guild hood. The brown hood matches very well with the brown detailing on the armor. I threw on the hood and added the Nordic swirl face paint on the right cheek and neck....looks awesome.

Just seems odd, sense there are perks that depend on a full set to be effective. That would be like Bethesda giving us the Crossbow, but not allowing any of the archery perks to work for it. Just really odd.

I wonder if PC users will find a helmet hidden in the files that was supposed to be available in the game.

I just did this. Circlet with sapphire, enchanted and named it.
Also the sixy shield.

Auriel's Shield and perhaps the Guild Master's Hood? I prefer no hood. It isnt like you really need the matching set perk if you bother to upgrade your smithing
