Need help finding a home!

I've decided to kill everyone I come in contact with and just get all my equipment by killing people. But I'm in search of a home a fort or camp outside of town that has Alchemy Smithing and Enchanting any suggestions?

Yeah, stop killing everyone you meet, you'll never own you're own home like that, and IIRC most containers in game will respawn.

Doesnt every non player owned container reset every 10 days?

A select few do not.
