You shouldn't have to disable them. Your objective is to get to the second-floor booth facing the stage. The stairs are to the left if you are looking from backstage.
Go to the door you escaped backstage through & wait until they turn away and just run as fast as you can (or sneak if you like). Once you get upstairs you can quickly activate the terminal and change the program.
