I need help naming my guinea pigs

Post » Fri Aug 17, 2012 4:12 pm

I was gone for the summer, and my first guinea pig (named Lemi) http://i532.photobucket.com/albums/ee321/proto231/100_0713.jpg (don't worry, thats just the travelling cage, they're in a 12 square ft. cage now)

I haven't thought of a good name for them yet, and need some opinions.
I just can't think of anything I like, they're both females.
The left one is black and white while the the right one is white with dark brown spots over her eyes.
I have a bunch of male names I like, but they just don't fit right with females.

Any suggestions?

I was thinking something less video game related and somewhat cuter.

Maybe Lily and Daisy....

Do guinea pigs even need names? From all I can tell, they're fine with me just calling them "the black one" or "this one"

Eh it is nice for them to have names but they do not need them. None of those were video game names lol. Just being a little facetious.

How about Lani(Lawn-ee) and Kalea(Kah-Lay-ah? Both are Hawaiian female names.

Timber and Tundra.

Those are my dogs' names, but you can borrow them. Just make sure to give them back when you're done.

I <3 Guinea pigs...I had one myself when I was 7 and mine was called Sniffy lol...I used to build mazes out of library books and put something to eat at the end of the maze. But my pet was usually too lazy to go through the whole maze and instead she just bashed through the walls and made the entire maze collapse lol.

I was coming in here to suggest you name one Lemiwinks. Then I get all up in here and see you have one named Lemi. What the fudge?

Name one of them Hampton. I had a hamster name Hampton once.
