That's a component of the OpenGL system, it is required for the game.

A 7900 is not supported - minimum NVIDIA is 8800. This has been well advertised - it's on the physical media box, the http://store.steampowered.com/app/9200/ and about a million places on the web. You need to upgrade your gfx card.
