Need a little Android help....

I've been getting Data Usage Warnings from my Galaxy Nexus lately. But the kicker is, nothing that I can see on my phone is using crazy amounts of data. I had one app that was using 1.33 gigs of data and I uninstalled it. But my usage keeps going up. I'm currently sitting on 3.9 gigs of data usage and I can not find anything using that much data even if I add everything up. I've restricted usage to almost all of the apps and it's still climbing.

I've had to turn my data warnings off and then move the warning table to 700 gigs because I was still getting them even with it off.

I'm currently running Cyanogenmod 10.1 RC 4. If anyone has any frickin' idea as to what could be causing this or even knows what to look for it'd be fantastic.

EDIT:

I Googled CM 10.1 RC 4 and High Data Usage and it would seem that RC3 had a bug where it falsely reported incorrect data usage but RC4 was supposed to fix it. I never ran RC3 and went from Experimental to RC2 then jumped to 4 when it came out. I'm wondering if I roll back to Experimental then go to 2, 3 and back to 4 if that would fix it? To be honest, I was wondering why the Data Usage app I downloaded was saying I barely used a few mbs/Mbs a day.

EDIT 2:

I see there is now a RC5, I'm going to DL that and see if that fixes it.
