I have a level 59 who has completed every faction quest and the MQ. I have over 150+ hours on him and after the quests I played around with him some more and got bored. I started an Orc going a different play style and he is now level 12 and I've been having fun finding new things and doing old things with him. I got Dawnguard and though I would take the VL side with my level 59 and have gotten about half way in maybe 12 hours. I'm bored now at the difficulty and not leveling and no new items that are good for a high level character.

My question is should I just keep going with my Orc and go the Dawnguard side and have fun upgrading his equipment and making him stronger and finish the VL side later just to get the story out of it.

I have no idea what to say...for someone to say they are bored is just...just remarkable

Try Master difficulty with the lvl 59. If you already have, I′d suggest playing the Orc.

I've been playing on Expert, master is to hard and somtimes random on the toughness of enemies, at least for me. Expert seems the right spot were it's tough enough on every enemy and a challenge but not a reloading fest. I like the story on VL side but getting tired of not leveling up (100 in all skills I use and I'm not leveling skills I don't want for my play style just to level up) and no good equipment from my Smithed and Enchanted stuff I already have.

I figure I'll go with the Orc since it seems "fresh" to me and will give me the fun of using the new equipment and items the DLC added. I will finish the VL side though later for the story but I just feel I sorta .... stalled with my VL even with the DLC.
