I need quick help : Fallout: New Vegas

So if both Mr.House and yes man are dead, and I want to help the NCR win the second battle of Hoover Dam and I didn't do the quest "For The Republic" what do I do?

Yes Man can't die.
And if you can't do For The Republic then you can't side with NCR for the final battle.

Do for the Republic, yes Man isnt dead, he cant die.

First off: Yes Man can't be dead. He even tells you you can't kill him.
