I need some gear advice

I'm starting a new job as of Monday and I'll have some cash soon to put into upgrading my computer system. So far I've decided on a GeForce GTX 780 for the video card and the AMD FX-8350 for the processor. But I'm not sure about the motherboard and I think I'm going to need a new case as I don't think the 780 will fit in the one I have now. It's 10.5 inches long as opposed to my current 8.8 inch 560TI. Well it probably would fit if I only run with the single exhaust fan in the back, but I have a second fan on the inside which I'd have to remove. And I kind of have my heart set on having at least two 120mm fans for maximum cooling, one in the front and one in the back. My main criteria for the motherboard is at least 2 PCI slots, one for my sound card and one for my TV tuner card. I'm not sure about the RAM slots, though I intend on getting 8gb and would prefer dual-channel. But I'm not sure if I'd be better off with 2 - 4 gig cards or 4 - 2 gig ones. I'm also not sure what speed is best, though faster would no doubt be better of course. I think I'm good for power supply as I currently have a 650 W unit and the 780 requires 600 W. Though I'm not sure if I'd also have to factor in the CPU, as it uses up 125W. So if anyone would be willing to offer any suggestions as to a motherboard and a case, or anything else I've mentioned, I'd be happy to receive them.
