I would really appreciate if someone helped me edit the shout HUD meter so that it's moved to the exact position the health bar is, like this: http://oi50.tinypic.com/2iie3dg.jpg

The relevant file to edit is, I think, Data\Interface\exported\hudmenu.gfx.

I tried to do it myself first but it was harder than I thought, and now I have less time as well. So I'd really appreacite if anyone could help me with it.

The reason I'm doing this is because I play without compass, and when I shout I still look at that shout bar which is ugly alone. I want to move it down behind the health bar, so that the health bar shined around just like the compass when I am shouting.
