I also had that bug before the DLC, but the DLC fixed it for me. Try a few more times to make sure.

Real glitches?

During the beta there were complete hardware crashes, corrupted files, gamebreaking lag.

They fixed the real glitches.

yep they fix the new ones but my glitch is in it when this game was released.

Its obvious they attempted to fix it. Dawnguard fixed the totem quest for some people but not others. If they tried to fix it they will continue until it works for everyone.

didn't see anything about fixing this in any patch note so I assume they are just lazy and don't listen to there fans.
