Nerevar mod?

What would be involved in a mod to facilitate role-playing the Nerevarine returning to Tamriel in Skyrim with the return of the dragons? Possible back-story would be that whatever trials he faced in Akavir for the last two centuries have caused him to lose his memory, and he has to relearn many of his skills and regain his identity and memories during the game. Not entirely implausible lore-wise perhaps as part of the Nerevarine prophecy stated he was "dragon-born" (though that could just refer to imperial origins depending on your interpretation). As well it is easy to conjure RP reasons why he might return / escape from Akavir, the home of the dragons, as the dragons start to return.

Seems it would be simple enough to do the basics. No extra gear since it was all lost or taken. A %100 disease resist effect to simulate corpus. Perhaps some additional dialogue and interaction at the Azura shrine and a few other places (CK needed for that maybe?)

No modding experience myself.

I am RPing as Nerevar right now lol. You just really gotta imagine it. I am an old trooper at this point. Greybeards start talking Nerever goes yeah yeah yeah just give me the shouts, give me some info and shut the hell up. I have done this before...pffwaa!!

Well, a Moon-and-Star ring would be awesome. Instead of the enchantment it had in Morrowind, though, it could be given the disease immunity.
