After talking to Stone-Fist, he gives me a quest to rescue some imprisoned Stormcloaks. So I go to Neugrad where I'm told that a band of Stormcloaks will help me fight once I've freed the prisoners. The problem is when I enter the prison, the prisoners are loose, and keep saying things like "The guard has the key" and "get me out of here" as well as the Imperials (who are supposed to be there) are replaced with Bandits. No matter what I do I can't fix the problem, even though I've reset the game, went back to previous saves, etc...

Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
