Just to let you know that after having played Oblivion 'till death (a copy passed from a friend),
when Skyrim appeared I pre-ordered it, then bought it original, and I was very proud
of my original copy. Then... after a month of hard work I couldn't install it successfully,
because that idiot Steam software couldn't detect my internet connection.
I've tried everything: re-configured the firewall, the antivirus,
uninstalled them, the configurations, I tried with the steam support,
tried installing it online, from the disc, read all forums, cleaned the installations,
tried again... Nothing!
Seen I'm a software developer and not a pipefitter,
I don't think it's possible to lose a month of life to install that software that is actually a virus-like
and the only software in 3 years that can't detect my connection in any way.
Being very angry with that, I threw my original copy in a box, got myself
a hacked copy of Skyrim and installed that in 5 minutes perfectly running.
Is it possible?
I'm sorry for that it's not honest, but I won't buy anything working
with that idiot software anymore.
Just to blowoff some steam...
