I just watched the animation video Bethesda posted to their main page... I'm blown away about how much action and brutal sword fighting there is.. All the beheading and what not.. This makes me even MORE excited for launch tomorrow.

That was a Dwemer(Dwarven) Centurion. They were in Morrowind and probably some older games.

lol, YES. I know... honestly, I never had a desire to fight the giants- they just seemed like docile beings... but seeing that finisher. I'm dropping a giant like a bad habit.

-dual-blade decap was epic
-assassin chest lift finisher was epic

It's most likely Nocturnal. A simple explanation is that she's a Goddess of Thieves who's appeared in the previous games. Doing quests centered around her gave you some cool sneaky gear. Keep in mind the keyword, Thieves not Assassins.

Ahh... They were in Morrowind - in the dwarven ruins.

I'm not gonna lie - the big sphere thing makes them the most improbable creature in a video game to date.

Still. They are VERY unique to TES. All good in my book.
